HeyBuddy ("the App") is provided by 10Tacle Pte Ltd ("we", "us") to residents of dormitories managed on the HeyBuddy platform by the dormitory operator ("Operator"). This policy explains what information the App processes and how it is used.
To operate your dormitory residency (room, inspections, events, news, SOS), to control access to dormitory facilities, to communicate with you, and to meet the Operator's legal and regulatory obligations.
Your data is processed by us on behalf of your Operator and shared with the Operator. Where required by law or by the authorities that regulate dormitories in your country, the Operator may be required to report residency information to government agencies. We do not sell personal data.
Data is retained for as long as needed for your residency and for legal record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled servers.
You can update your profile photo in the App; camera, location and microphone permissions can be changed in your device settings at any time (some features will stop working without them). To access, correct or delete your data, contact your Operator or us at support@10tacle.io.
The App is intended for adult dormitory residents and is not directed at children.
